I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a solicitor of England and Wales (non-practising), based in Phuket since 2003. I have acted as counsel in more than 100 arbitrations and am available for appointment as arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes.

Arbitration experience

As counsel I have handled real estate sale and purchase defaults, residential construction disputes, hotel joint venture disputes, an international trade dispute over imported protective equipment, unfair forfeiture claims and luxury yacht renovation disputes.

These ran under the ICC, the Thai Arbitration Institute, the Board of Trade (TCAO), THAC and HKIAC.
