I have owned and operated a law firm in Thailand since 2003 and, through my firm, have acted as counsel in more than 100 arbitrations before the ICC, the Thai Arbitration Institute, the Board of Trade and THAC. I now accept appointments as arbitrator and mediator.

I bring first-hand experience of how cross-border businesses in Thailand actually operate: as co-founder of Hughes Krupica and, before that, as managing partner of a firm with offices in Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Bali and Ho Chi Minh City.
